Hervé Tessler is a global senior executive with decades of international experience in US publicly traded corporation with expertise in building high performance diverse teams across multiple geographies and functions, driving for results and leading and transforming international operations and company-wide corporate functions.

Mr. Tessler started his career at Xerox Corporation in 1987 and his last position in 2017-2020 was executive vice president, president of International Operations. In this role, Hervé shaped Xerox’s strategy while leading the operational teams across 150+ countries in Europe, the Middle East and Africa, Latin America, the Eurasian countries, Russia and India. He had end-to-end responsibility for multibillion US$ P&L.

During his earlier career at Xerox he held senior positions of increasing responsibilities in management roles as head of operations in Central and Eastern Europe, Israel and Turkey; president of Xerox’s affiliate in Brazil; chief operating officer of Latin America and president of Developing Markets Operations.

Mr. Tessler holds a master’s degree in law from Paris 2 Panthéon Assas University.
