MusicBreeds’ Rhythm Reach Initiative provides sustainable, equitable, and diversified workforce development, empowering individuals for success in today’s job landscape. Our comprehensive curriculum, guided by industry experts, offers tailored training and support to enhance your skills and employability.

Program Training:
- Cyber Security
- Electrical Engineering
- Network Specialization
- Project Management
- Sound Engineering
Our 4 Week Preparatory Courses Include:
- Paid internship programs
- Financial literacy and preparedness
- Business formation and tactics training
- Leadership and entrepreneurial development
Sessions Times:
Monday – Thursday
- 9:30 am – 12:30 pm
- 1 pm – 3 pm
- 4 pm – 7pm
Enrollment is on a rolling basis. You can register for informational sessions every Wednesday from 1 pm – 3 pm.

Who are we looking for?
- Ages 16-24
- High School Diploma, GED, or need assistance with obtaining GED
- Interested in full-time work
Program Requirements
- Complete our career assessment and interview
- Attend your training sessions regularly
