5 STEP APPLICATION

PROCESS

  1. Eligibility Screening – Prospective applicants will fill out an online form or complete an initial screening through a phone call. This step will help determine if the applicant meets the basic eligibility requirements for the WIOA program, such as age, income level, and employment status.
  2. Assessment Interview – applicants will be scheduled for an assessment session and career counseling. In this step, trained professionals will evaluate the applicant’s skillset, interests, and career goals to determine the best pathway for their workforce development journey.
  3. Individual Career Plan – based on the assessment and counseling session, career plan will be developed for each applicant. The ICP will outline the specific training programs, educational opportunities, and other services recommended to help the applicant achieve their career objectives.
  4. Determination – Here we review the applicant’s documentation, verifying eligibility requirements, and finalizing the approval process. If eligible, the applicant will be officially enrolled in the program.
  5. Program Induction – Enrolled participants will attend an orientation session where they will receive detailed information about the program and registration. They will learn about program expectations, available resources, support services, and any additional requirements.
